New Patient Information

New patients are always welcome! All new patients/clients are given an assessment on their first treatment. The new patient intake form can be found on this page so that they can be printed off, filled out , and ready to take with for your first appointment. Alternatively we will provide forms at the clinic for you to fill out - this takes about 15 minutes, so please arrive a little early. Hours - Monday to Friday and evenings. First Appointment - Please arrive fifteen minutes early if you need to fill out forms New patients please call reception to book. 604-888-1177 Fees Initial Visit 60 min $90 (includes 12% HST) Subsequent Visit 30 min $56 (includes 12% HST) 60 min $90 (includes 12% HST) We accept cash, cheque, MasterCard or Visa Insurance Coverage Please refer to our Massage Therapy Insurance Coverage Update and Extended Health Care Coverage Information reports provided below for detailed information regarding coverage. Tips for New Patients

In our office we see patients with a wide variety of health conditions, injuries and pain respond to massage therapy care. To help you get the most from your investment of time and money, here are some suggestions we would like to share with you:

Keep your appointments. Each visit builds on the ones before. Your care recommendations are based on success with other patients with similar injuries and conditions.
Do your homework. What you do at home and at work has a profound effect on your progress. This is the time to eat right, rest, and get the proper exercise. We’ll offer specific suggestions on future visits.
Give it time. Healing is a process that takes time and is influenced by many factors. It takes time to retrain the muscles and soft tissues needed to support your body properly. Please be patient.
